Alcantara® products should be cleaned gently to preserve their texture. Avoid machine washing, soaking, or steam, as these can damage the material. For everyday care, use a soft brush, dry cloth, or light vacuuming to remove surface dust.

For stains, clean as soon as possible by working from the outside in. Never apply cleaning agents directly onto the Alcantara®, always use a cloth. Older or unclear stains can be treated with warm water and, if needed, a small amount of alcohol.

Water-insoluble stains like makeup, oils, and wax should be cleaned with alcohol first, then rinsed. Water-soluble stains such as coffee, juice, or soda can be removed with warm water and then rinsed clean.
